With decades of experience in design and project entitlements, our in-house design team which consists of design consultants and consulting engineers. The ability to help our clients with both the design and the build-out of the project enables us to utilize our knowledge, expertise, and experience to save costs through budget-conscious decision making, value engineering, and through organizing and streamlining administrative tasks.
The “one-stop-shop” idea for landlords and developers came about as our founder was the Director of Development for a real estate development firm. As the sole person in charge of all building, of interacting with the various design teams, and the financing of various projects, our founder became the “point man” for construction and development. He quickly adapted “the buck stops here” approach, which landlords and developers love, due to the busy nature of their lives.
