Paul D. Antuna is a third-generation Licensed General Building Contractor,
Construction Project Manager, Consultant, and a Real Estate Developer. He has managed millions of dollars worth of Residential and Commercial renovations, remodels, new- construction, and tenant improvements.
An experienced and seasoned builder, he educated himself in business with a dual degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles. He then obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California’s Ross Minority Program in Real Estate. Upon studying and gaining experience, he’s helped to build several businesses from the ground-up.
Paul now represents clients in real estate as a Licensed California Real Estate Agent. He specializes in single-family homes and multifamily housing.
Paul has maintained a lifetime commitment to learning- immersing himself in the study of economics and it’s effect on personal finance. He closely monitors macroeconomic trends, policy changes, rates and markets to find key buying opportunities in real estate and other assets. As evidenced by regular blog posts and tweets, he has predicted major market moves in real estate and stocks with great accuracy. He has also advised numerous people on buying strategies for real estate assets and has helped them to strategically develop those assets.
What is REconomix?
Paul has developed a system for gaining financial security and wealth called REconomix. It is in the final stages of development and will debut soon. Through his experience with successfully building startups starting from humble beginnings, he has honed his skills through the years. His views have been shaped by the economic up/down cycles of the real estate industry and being mentored by successful entrepreneurs who seem to weather those cycles with ease.
